The Harmonia Collaborative Care name was introduced into the community during the Out of the Darkness Suicide Prevention Walk by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention on September 7th. The weather was beautiful, and we had many staff and family members who took time out of their Saturday to get the word out and walk. Thanks to everyone who participated in this special event!
